Sometime, I just need a quick keto meal. I make this a couple of times a week for lunch. My husband loves it too as it keeps well in his lunchbox on job sites. It’s quick and easy and oh so satisfying.
1 - 12.5 oz of canned chicken
4oz of cream cheese
1 - 2 tbls buffalo sauce
1/4 cup crumbled bacon bits
Drain chicken and add to a microwave mixing bowl, drop in cream cheese and microwave, covered, on high for 1 minute. Take out while hot, stir in desired amounts of buffalo sauce and bacon.
Dip with celery stalks, pork rinds (shown), or homemade cheese crackers.
