I just wanted to share this easy meal idea. My family loves hamburgers and we could use low carb and kept bread but this is actually one of my favorite ways to serve a burger. I can layer toppings sky high with whatever my family wants.
It is so amazing to me that we lose weight eating something SO good. One of my favorite toppings are spiraled onions. This is the spiralizer I use. It replaced several hand held pieces I had struggled to use for years. This also will rice cauliflower. It's a dream. I also recommend the flexible mats for easy and clean meal prepping. Drop the spiraled onion into bacon grease and fry it up. It will come out delicious.
