A few years ago I held myself accountable for working out with a monthly calendar. I set a very strict goal, one that I would be proud to accomplish. I started with the calendar below. It was a small calendar, one that most people wouldn't have noticed but to me it was a big deal. At just 2" x 3" it served a HUGE purpose. I choose Sunday for my rest day and committed to working out 6 days a week for the rest of week. I only allowed myself 2 days for the entire month to fall off. The results were worth the effort.
