Meal planning and meal prep should actually take a load off your schedule. Having meals prepared and ready may seem time consuming at first but as soon as you grab your first meal and head out the door knowing you have healthy nutrition locked in for the day, you'll be hooked. It can literally all be done in around an hour. Imagine having all of the meals shown above prepped and ready and you don't even have to think about it again for several days. There are man different "meal plans" to fit different life styles and goals. I'll be listing some of the most popular over the next week but if you want to learn some basic nutritional information to help you make healthy decisions anytime, I do offer nutritional workshops for FREE. They are live and hands on. You wouldn't believe the difference it makes for people that attend.

Keto is an excellent way to eat to strip bad fats and lower blood sugars but it isn't for everyone so please do some additional research before deciding on this plan. A few years ago I held myself accountable for working out with a monthly calendar. I set a very strict goal, one that I would be proud to accomplish. I started with the calendar below. It was a small calendar, one that most people wouldn't have noticed but to me it was a big deal. At just 2" x 3" it served a HUGE purpose. I choose Sunday for my rest day and committed to working out 6 days a week for the rest of week. I only allowed myself 2 days for the entire month to fall off. The results were worth the effort.
