Meal planning and meal prep should actually take a load off your schedule. Having meals prepared and ready may seem time consuming at first but as soon as you grab your first meal and head out the door knowing you have healthy nutrition locked in for the day, you'll be hooked. It can literally all be done in around an hour. Imagine having all of the meals shown above prepped and ready and you don't even have to think about it again for several days. There are man different "meal plans" to fit different life styles and goals. I'll be listing some of the most popular over the next week but if you want to learn some basic nutritional information to help you make healthy decisions anytime, I do offer nutritional workshops for FREE.
