I needed to use up some avocados that were get a little too ripe for my taste. I also wanted something tasty to add to my arsenal of keto approved condiments and this recipe did not fail. So, this simple recipe did the trick.
2 soft avocados
4 oz softened cream cheese
2 tsp lime juice
1 packet of dry ranch seasoning (or homemade if you have it)
2 tbls heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup water.
Using a food processor add avocados, cream cheese, lime juice, and heavy whipping cream. Blend until smooth, slowly add water until it reaches the consistency that you desire.
Store in an air tight container and refrigerate
